Abstract
⺠We examine how the annual N2O emission budget is influence by flooding events. ⺠A significant, but shortlived N2O emission pulse was measured following field flooding. ⺠Microsensor profiling show sequential production/consumption control net emissions. ⺠Higher future flooding frequency will have a low impact on annual emission budget.
