Abstract
⺠Amino acids interfere with NH4+ during spectrophotometric analysis. ⺠Coupled gas diffusion with Berthelot completely eliminates amino acid interference. ⺠Broadly applicable method for terrestrial water and (dried/fumigated) soil extracts.
