Abstract
Non-canonical, β-catenin-independent Wnt signaling regulates cell polarization and movements. A recent study reveals that casein kinase Iɛ mediates an additional novel non-canonical Wnt pathway via the activation of the Rap1 GTPase during vertebrate gastrulation.
