Abstract
ⶠMates within Zenaida dove pairs are consistently producers or scroungers. ⶠScrounging within pairs facilitates learning to feed from a novel apparatus. ⶠTamer doves are significantly slower to learn to feed from the apparatus. ⶠReversal learning tests can be successfully conducted in the field. ⶠSex, body condition and territorial chases do not affect learning rates.
