Abstract
This work studies a system of delayed differential equations as a model for a neural network with distributed delay sign propagation and sigmoidal activation functions. Typically multiple equilibria, 3n equilibria, and non-typically multiple equilibria are both derived in an n-neuron system. Local stability and complete stability are investigated, and three examples are presented to demonstrate the theory.
