Abstract
Using topological degree, M-matrix and inequality technique, some new criteria are obtained to ensure the existence, uniqueness and exponential stability of the equilibrium point for a class of neural networks with distributed delays and impulses. These novel criteria extend and improve some previously known results in the literature. Finally, an illustrative example and its numerical simulation are provided to show the effectiveness of our theoretical results.
