Abstract
Employing linear matrix inequality (LMI) and general Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional, the global exponential stability and the existence of periodic solutions are studied for fuzzy cellular neural networks (FCNNs) with time-varying delays in this paper. Several new sufficient conditions are derived for checking global exponential stability and the existence of periodic solutions of the delayed FCNNs. Moreover, an illustrate example is given to show the effectiveness of obtained results.
