Abstract
In this paper bi-directional associative memory (BAM) neural networks with recent-history distributed delays and impulses are considered. Sufficient conditions for the existence and global exponential stability of a unique equilibrium point are established by using the fixed point theorem and differential inequality techniques. The results of this paper are new and they complement previously known results.
