Abstract
⺠Trembling aspen productivity overtime as influenced by climate was modeled. ⺠The model explains and predicts most of the variation overtime in aspen productivity. ⺠The model reveals that aspen responds more to a local climate than a regional climate. ⺠Local site factors e.g. soil clay content interact with climate to influence aspen productivity substantially.
