Abstract
⺠An individual-based demogenetic model was developed for a brown trout population. ⺠Impact of human threats on the population demogenetic structure was evaluated. ⺠Barrier to migration and stocking with hatchery fish were the two tested scenarios. ⺠Both of them showed a strong short-term impact on the wild brown trout population.
