Abstract
⺠We constructed a semiarid grassland ecosystem model in Inner Mongolia. ⺠The model reproduced temporal changes in aboveground biomass recorded in the past. ⺠The model was tested to various meteorological patterns and stocking conditions. ⺠The model will asist production activities of the farmers' cooperatives in the area.
