Abstract
⺠We demonstrate errors in predicted future species distributions when unrealistic assumptions of species' dispersal capacities are used. ⺠Full dispersal and no-dispersal are unrealistic assumptions. ⺠Dispersal classes based on the literature are valuable to improve predictions of species distributions. ⺠Climate and other environmental variables determined regional spatial distribution of grasshopper and bush-cricket species.
