Abstract
⺠All soil microbial variables had higher values at 0-15 cm than at 15-30 cm under NT. ⺠The NT system decreased both enzymes activity and fungal biomass at 15-30 cm. ⺠P fertilization had no effect on enzyme activity, and microbial community structure. ⺠P addition increased SMB-P at 0-15 cm, decreased SMB-C and SMB-P at 15-30 cm in NT. ⺠Soil microbial status differed more because of tillage than of P fertilization.
