Abstract
⺠We determined soil microbial response to Bt corn and deltamethrin insecticide. ⺠We also determined if growing Bt corn in crop rotation would alter these effects. ⺠Neither the Bt trait nor the insecticide affected soil microbial properties. ⺠Bt corn in rotation had better soil microbial quality than Bt corn in monoculture.
