Abstract
ⶠMethanotrophic community's composition under different vegetation on landfill top soil was analyzed by T-RFLP. ⶠAccumulated precipitation, temperature, sampling depth and soil pH could affect methanotrophic community structures. ⶠThe abundance of type II methanotrophs declined in response to increased precipitation and increased atmospheric temperature.
