Abstract
► We present the results of a monitoring program for a large-scale habitat offset. ► Offset program involved a 19-fold increase in available habitat. ► We measured change in population using mark recapture surveys. ► Habitat offset saw approximate 2-fold increase in population size and no net loss. ► Habitat offset an option only when high level of effort can be achieved.
