Abstract
⺠For management, invasive birds need to be ranked according to the threat they pose. ⺠We revise a recent impact risk assessment for invasive birds in Europe. ⺠Our results show that the evidence underlying impacts of invasive birds is often poor. ⺠We call for more scientific rigour in assessing conservation threats. ⺠Calls for eradication campaign of invasive species should be made only cautiously.
