Abstract
⺠Nanaomycin A methyl ester, NAME, can inhibit M. aeruginosa growth (EC50 = 2.97 mg Lâ1). ⺠NAME induces M. aeruginosa cell enlargement due to inhibition of cell division. ⺠NAME induces ROS to disturb M. aeruginosa physiological process and growth. ⺠Chl-fluorescence is a sensitive endpoint to assay NAME eco-toxicity on cyanobacteria.
