Abstract
⺠SDZ-contaminated manure affects soil microbial activities and structure on a mid-term of 8 weeks. ⺠The N cycle is highly sensitive to contamination with sulfonamide antibiotics. ⺠Contaminated, 6 months-stored manure but not fresh manure affected structural diversity (PLFA). ⺠Conventional manure storage seems unsuited to reduce risks from sulfonamide antibiotics in soil.
