Abstract
⺠A novel method of automatic classification of meiofauna communities is proposed. ⺠The image analysis software ZooImage was used to classify higher taxa. ⺠Accuracy of classification using an internal method was determined to ~ 82%. ⺠Automatically classified samples were compared to manual classification of the same. ⺠Significant differences in communities between sampled depths could be detected.
