Abstract
⺠Trophic interactions in ecological communities induce trait-mediated interactions. ⺠The role of parasites in trait-mediated interactions is rarely discussed. ⺠Trematodes affect the time to initiate anti-predator responses of the host. ⺠Parasites can interfere with predator-induced trait-mediated interactions.
