Abstract
⺠If greenhouse gas and water values are not included, irrigation is more profitable. ⺠If greenhouse gas value is included, irrigated crops are still more profitable. ⺠If the cost of water is high, then dryland crops are financially preferable. ⺠Results are useful in designing national mitigation and water buy-back policies.
