Abstract
Four different rose hybrid populations were analyzed by ISSR technique with nine polymorphic primers. All of the primers produced 64 bands, of which 59 were polymorphic. The average of polymorphic bands was 6.6 for each primer. The percentage of polymorphism ranged from 57.1% to 100%, with an average of 92.3%. An UPGMA dendrogram showed five groups. The primer numbered with PI9 and PI11 had relatively high resolution in identifying the F1 offspring in this research.
