Abstract
⺠We extend our previous quasi-2D CA numerical model of tumour growth. ⺠We add a repair-delay irradiation module based on biological stylised facts. ⺠We fit our model to dynamic bulk data for EMT6/Ro spheroids. ⺠We estimate the underlying irradiation-induced survival probability. ⺠Our estimated function is more severe than the LQ data, as conjectured.
