Abstract
► We extend our previous quasi-2D CA numerical model of tumour growth. ► We add a repair-delay irradiation module based on biological stylised facts. ► We fit our model to dynamic bulk data for EMT6/Ro spheroids. ► We estimate the underlying irradiation-induced survival probability. ► Our estimated function is more severe than the LQ data, as conjectured.
