Abstract
⺠ActA, a surface protein, helps Listeria monocytogenes infection spread in host. ⺠The protein was analyzed in silico from antigenic detection point of view. ⺠A highly conserved specific antigenic region within ActA sequence was introduced. ⺠The region is suitable for an antibody-antigen based L. monocytogenes detection kit.
