Abstract
⺠Methods to deal with flow in domains with uncertain geometry are developed. ⺠Endothelium roughness reduces mean blood flow velocity. ⺠Shear stress increases with endothelium roughness (variance and correlation length). ⺠Measured blood viscosity depends on statistical parameters of endothelium roughness.
