Abstract
⺠Calcium signaling is modeled as the physiological basis of a multivariate phenotype. ⺠The multivariate phenotype includes cardiac, skeletal muscle and neural functions. ⺠Predictions agree with empirical findings of the effect of RyR3 on calcium transients. ⺠Results illustrate how shared molecular components cause functional correlations.
