Abstract
⺠We investigate the self-similarity characteristics of eubacteria genomes. ⺠A weighted graph describes the similarity relationship in the same genome. ⺠Some variables are derived from the largest social structure in the weighted graph. ⺠We classify 23 eubacteria into two groups by double logarithmic point-plots.
