Abstract
⺠We model the growth of cells and transport of nutrients in a perfusion bioreactor. ⺠The total number of cells in the bioreactor is insensitive to initial seeding. ⺠Total number of cells depends on permeability, blocking parameter and pump flow rate. ⺠Nutrient delivery increase with the increase in permeability of scaffold.
