Abstract
⺠We determined the J2 concentration producing a maximum J4. ⺠Ratios between 4:1 and 7:1 J2/A. aegypti larvae are adequate to obtain an optimum mass of nematodes. ⺠J2 production was evaluated after J4 addition in cultures permanently flooded and desiccated. ⺠Permanent cultures produced a lower total number of J2. ⺠J2s and J4s would serve as bioregulator to temporary or permanent mosquito habitats.
