Abstract
⺠A simple and robust pneumatic droplet generator was established. ⺠The impact of pressure, orifice size and liquid surface tension was evaluated. ⺠Droplets in the range of 533-1819 μm could be produced. ⺠Large impulse width or orifice diameter increased droplet diameter. ⺠High surface tension of liquid increased droplet diameter at short impulse width.
