Abstract
⺠Pea induce high levels of germination of seeds of Orobanche crenata, Orobanche foetida and Phelipanche aegyptiaca. ⺠Studied pea accessions were susceptible to O. crenata but resistant to O. foetida and P. aegyptiaca. ⺠This makes pea a promising candidate as trap crop for O. foetida and P. aegyptiaca seed bank demise in infested soils.
