Abstract
⺠We have estimated heritability of resistance to iron deficiency chlorosis in mungbean grown in calcareous field in 2 years and found that the estimated values are moderate to high depending on years and traits measured. ⺠We have located QTL for resistance to iron deficiency chlorosis in mungbean grown in calcareous field. The resistance is controlled by a major and a minor QTLs. ⺠QTL for resistance to iron deficiency chlorosis under field and hydroponic conditions are the same.
