Abstract
Highlights
- Important monoterpene compounds were identified in different organs of cumin (Cuminum cyminum).
- The compositions of shoots and flowers were found to be similar, quantitative differences were observed.
- Manganese (Mn) treatments on both vegetative and blooming phases increased the terpene compounds in the flowers.
- Mn treatments may improve terpene compounds in cumin fruits that could be used as natural source in different industries.
