Abstract
► Screening of five species of Rauvolfia from southern Western Ghats was carried out. ► All species were significant in antioxidant activities. ► Analysed species were promising in phytochemicals and nutrient composition. ► The study reveals the use of Rauvolfia leaf as source of natural antioxidant.
