Abstract
⺠Two genotypes of castor i.e. accession no Ac03 and Ac04 were selected as superior in terms of seed and leaf biomass yield. ⺠Shell weight, shell ratio and effective rate of rearing i.e. ERR of eri silkworm were better when feed on the leaves of the accession no Ac03 and Ac04. ⺠A significant negative relationship had observed between larval weight and leaf nitrogen content and positive relationship with crude protein and sugar content. ⺠Accession no Ac03 and Ac04 were found to be better in terms of agronomical and yield attributing traits together with rearing performance.
