Abstract
► Drying chopped sweet sorghum stalk were performed for long time storage; ► Wang and Singh's mode was determined as the suitable model from 9 typical models. ► Effective diffusivity, diffusivity constant and active energy for drying process were determined. ► The qualities of chopped stalk affected by drying temperature were analyzed. ► The suitable drying temperature could be chosen as 50-60 °C.
