Abstract
âºThe hysteresis between wheat adsorption and desorption was unaffected by grain hardness. âºThere was a big difference in isosteric heats of wheat adsorption and desorption below 20% m.c. âºHygroscopic properties and sorption isosteric heats were similar for hard and soft wheat varieties. âºThere is no need to differentiate between hard and soft wheat during physical control in storage.
