Abstract
⺠Significant signal intensity variation in MR images were observed in tomatoes at different maturity stages. ⺠A maturity prediction model was developed based on MR images of 144 tomatoes. ⺠MR images with greater T2 relaxation and diffusion weighting were important for discrimination of tomato at different maturity stages.
