Abstract
⺠Artemisia afra ethanol crude extract was cytotoxic to HeLa and U937 cancer cells. ⺠Cell cycle arrest in the G2/M phase observed. ⺠Depolarization of mitochondrial membrane. ⺠Caspase 8 and 3 activation. ⺠DNA fragmentation occurred.
