The tribe Pogonini (Coleoptera: Carabidae) in Korea is taxonomically studied herein. Previously, only one species, Pogonus (Pogonus) itoshimaensis Habu, 1954 was reported in Korea. In this paper, two species, Pogonus (Pogonus) japonicus Putzeys, 1875 and P. (Pogonoidius) punctulatus Dejean, 1828, are recorded in Korea for the first time. A key to the Korean Pogonini species, redescription, distribution, photographs of diagnostic characteristics, and illustrations of male and female genitalia are provided.
