Abstract
► A new tiger beetles - Polyrhanis dabraensis is described from Papua (New Guinea, Indonesia). ► By elytral markings this species is reminiscent of Polyrhanis funerata and P. barbata. ► As to the shape of the aedeagus it appears to be more related to P. io (Horn, 1900). ► It is well recognized by distinctive elytral markings and small body size.
