Abstract
⺠The developmental toxicity in an aquatic fish model was characterized for ETBE and TAME. ⺠ETBE and TAME disrupted normal craniofacial development in zebrafish embryos. ⺠Exposure to ETBE and TAME altered mRNA transcript levels of various Wnts and MMPs. ⺠ETBE and TAME are more toxic and target different organ systems than MTBE.
