Abstract
⺠12 PCDPSs congeners were chosen for the antioxidative responses analysis in goldfish to determine the extent of toxicity. ⺠The index responses among PCDPSs were compared to develop structure-toxicity relationship. ⺠PCDPSs have potential biotoxicity and the toxicity exist some regularity related to substitution amount and position variation. ⺠Penta-, Hexa-CDPS may act as a highly toxic contaminant with intense anti-enzyme action. ⺠Research may contribute to the toxicological hazard and risk assessments for all the 209 PCDPSs.
