Abstract
⺠Vinclozolin (VZ) affects reproductive physiology in male goldfish, in vivo. ⺠VZ reduces sperm quality and quantity including volume, motility and velocity. ⺠VZ decrease in androgen synthesis, suggesting disruption in testicular functions. ⺠VZ exhibits anti-androgenic activity. ⺠This study suggest direct effects of VZ on testicular functions.
