Abstract
► Vinclozolin (VZ) affects reproductive physiology in male goldfish, in vivo. ► VZ reduces sperm quality and quantity including volume, motility and velocity. ► VZ decrease in androgen synthesis, suggesting disruption in testicular functions. ► VZ exhibits anti-androgenic activity. ► This study suggest direct effects of VZ on testicular functions.
