Abstract
⺠We examine transcriptional changes in juvenile delta smelt to ammonia exposure. ⺠Sublethal concentrations predominantly affect the regulation of genes associated with cell membrane integrity, neurological and muscular function. ⺠Effects on cell membrane destabilization suggest potential effects on membrane permeability enhancing multiple-contaminant exposure.
