Abstract
⸠We developed a multiprobe chip and a semi-automated rRNA biosensor. ⸠The biosensor can be used for the detection of toxic algae in the field. ⸠The multiprobe chip with 16 gold electrodes can detect upto 14 target species. ⸠The system was evaluated using total rRNA isolated from Alexandrium minutum.
