Abstract
⺠In the study, 39 genotypes of genus Rosa of different origins were analyzed by ITS and matK sequences. ⺠The results showed that: (1) species except R.xanthina from Sect. Pimpinellifoliae formed a clade, reflecting their characters; (2) morphological similarity between sections Synstylae and Chinenses, was confirmed molecularly; (3) R.praelucens from sect. Microphyllae formed a clade with accessions from sect. Cinnamomeae.
