Abstract
⺠Genetic diversity and relationships among 75 pomegranate genotypes from Iran, Japan, Turkmenistan, Russia, Italy and USA were assessed. ⺠AMOVA results showed the significant variation among regions. ⺠Iranian pomegranate genotypes revealed the highest genetic diversity. ⺠The results showed the existence of the common ancestors among the genotypes.
