Abstract
⺠Citric acid predominant accumulation occurs in Pyrus Pyrifolia 'Yandangxueli'. ⺠Five acid-related genes were identified from pear (P. Pyrifolia) firstly. ⺠Storage-related genes are involved in high-citric acid accumulation. ⺠Enzymes' activities were not correlated with citric acid accumulation directly.
